These Terms apply to both photographers using ZCut Creator Studio and clients using ZCut Album.

ZCut Album is supported by in-app advertising. ZCut Creator Studio's core photo-watermarking workflow is free; the "Create Reel" feature is available on a Free tier and a paid Pro tier as described in Section 3 below.
ZCut Creator Studio includes a "Create Reel" feature for generating short-form video reels from your footage. This feature is offered in two tiers:
Payments & Auto-Renewal: Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring (auto-renewing) monthly or yearly basis until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner Razorpay for customers in India. International payments via PayPal are coming soon. ZCut does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details; these are handled entirely by the payment processor under their own security and privacy practices.

ZCut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software solely for your personal or professional photography workflow, in accordance with these Terms.

The ZCut brand, logos, software, .zalbum file format, and all related intellectual property are owned by ZCut and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all photographs and creative content you import into ZCut Creator Studio. ZCut does not claim any rights over your photos. The Software processes your files locally on your device and does not upload them to any server.
As a photographer using ZCut Creator Studio, you are solely responsible for:
ZCut Album is free and supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdMob and other ad networks. By using ZCut Album, you acknowledge and consent to:
We do not control the content of third-party ads. We are not responsible for any products, services, or claims made in advertisements displayed within ZCut Album.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZCUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PHOTOS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to ZCut in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for users of the free tier, is zero).
ZCut Creator Studio and ZCut Album work with your local files. We strongly recommend:
ZCut is not responsible for any loss of data, photos, or files resulting from software errors, device failure, or user actions.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
ZCut is developed and operated by an individual developer under the brand name "ZCut." ZCut is not a registered company, LLP, or corporate entity. References to "ZCut," "we," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to this individual developer operating under the ZCut brand.
