This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ZCut ("Developer") for the use of ZCut Creator Studio ("Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Software.
ZCut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use ZCut Creator Studio on your Windows devices for personal or commercial photography workflows.
The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, including software, logos, trademarks, graphics and documentation remain the exclusive property of ZCut.

ZCut Creator Studio is designed to work primarily offline. Core features do not require an Internet connection.
You are solely responsible for your photographs, album files, exported ZIP files, backups and any content processed using the Software.
ZCut does not automatically upload your photographs or album data to cloud servers.
The Software may allow you to share files through third-party applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive or similar services. These services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
ZCut may release updates, bug fixes or new features from time to time. Some updates may be required to maintain compatibility with future operating systems.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business damages, including loss of photographs, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
This license automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and discontinue use of the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
